Frontier Ridge Capital Partners is a Wyoming-based private asset advisory andcoordination firm that connects privately held mineral, energy, and infrastructureassets to institutional-grade structured finance.

We work with qualified asset owners who hold professionally valued properties —verified by NI 43-101 reports, feasibility studies, reserve reports, or independentappraisals — but lack the institutional relationships, structuring expertise, andcompliance infrastructure needed to access large-scale capital markets.

Our role is to prepare, qualify, and coordinate your project so that independentbanks, insurers, and structuring partners can evaluate and deploy capital againstthe asset. We manage the process end-to-end — from initial qualification throughfacility execution and disbursement.

All financing is provided by regulated third-party institutions.Frontier Ridge coordinates the process, not the capital.

Engagements are selective, private, and confidential.

Our Advisory Approach

Frontier Ridge Capital Partners operates under a disciplined, process-driven advisory framework designed to make privately held assets institutionally financeable.

Each engagement follows a structured workflow:

1. Asset Qualification — Review of technical reports, valuations, permits, and documentation to confirm eligibility for institutional facilities.

2. Project Preparation — Coordination of legal, technical, insurance, and structuring workflows required by financial counterparties.

3. Facility Coordination — Independent banks, insurers, and structuring partners design and execute the financing facility against the qualified asset.

4. Execution & Disbursement — The asset owner receives the resulting liquidity or financial benefit. FRCP's fee is earned only upon successful execution.

We do not raise capital publicly, solicit investors, manage funds, or provide investment advice. All financial instruments are originated, issued, and managed exclusively by independent, licensed third-party institutions.

Our role is advisory, coordinative, and facilitative.
