FRCP's role is strictly advisory and coordinative. All financial instruments — including but not limited to bonds, standby letters of credit ("SBLCs"), insurance wraps, and monetization facilities — are originated, issued, placed, and managed exclusively by independent, fully licensed third-party financial institutions. FRCP does not originate, issue, place, market, or manage any financial instrument or security.
