Nature of FRCP

FRCP is a private capital deployment vehicle. The firm operates a long-horizon, eight-pillar strategic capital deployment program in real-world assets — including mining and mineral interests, critical minerals positioning, mining-adjacent technology, and digital reserves — using the firm's own balance sheet.

The firm operates in principal capacity. FRCP does not raise investor capital, manage third-party assets, exercise discretion over external balance sheets, originate or place securities, or solicit investor commitments. The firm's reserve future structured-finance advisory capacity (Pillar 7) is operationally separated from primary deployment activity by an internal information-flow policy and is not the firm's primary operating posture.

FRCP is evolving from a Wyoming Series Limited Liability Company toward a Hybrid Private Trust Company / Trust legal architecture under the supervision of counsel.

The Wall

FRCP maintains an internal policy ("the Wall") separating Phase A (the firm's reserve advisory capacity, including any future Pillar 7 engagement) from Phase B (the firm's primary principal-deployment activity). Information flow across the Wall is governed by written policy. The Chief Compliance Officer is the policy guarantor. Any future advisory engagement is conducted under independent governance and is not represented as the firm's primary operating posture.
